UNITED STATES ORDERS

Complimentary shipping on all orders over $50+

• Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. 
• Priority domestic shipments usually take 1-3 business days to arrive

Please note, time may vary due to location, weather, or any unforeseen variables.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 48hrs for us to process your order

• Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday will be processed & shipped within 48hrs
• Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will not be shipped until the following business day. 
• Orders placed on holidays will ship on the next business day

Please note, during high traffic seasons processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days

Tracking an Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online, or you can download the Shop app at checkout and it will automatically update you on tracking. 

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via USPS international.  You will have 3 options to choose from:

• First Class Package International
• Priority Mail Express International
• Priority Mail International

All international orders take approximately 24hrs to process before shipping. 

Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will not be processed until the following business day.  Any orders placed on US holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties. If for any reason a package is refused by a customer a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

At this time Better Spirits is not able to accept any returns/exchanges from domestic or international orders.
